Firearms Team Lead

Bass Pro Shops -  - Responsibilities:
Provide daily direction to department associates on merchandise presentation, inventory control, pricing, sales enhancements, stocking, and customer service.;
Lead firearm safe handling, safety, operations, and customer experience standards for the firearms department.;
Assist in achieving Departmental Sales, Gross Margin, Inventory Shrinkage and Payroll goals; prepare schedules and to-do lists.;
Staff the department by interviewing, training, and presenting performance feedback; coordinate training and run weekly schedules; coach and motivate associates.;
Maintain a high level of customer service and product knowledge; conduct product demonstrations for staff; ensure pricing, UPC integrity, and display standards for advertised items.
