The OpportunityThis is a unique chance to get in on the ground floor of our US expansion. You’ll be working directly alongside our Founder, who has relocated with his family to Lehi, Utah to build our North American headquarters. We are on a mission to become the #1 platform for Franchise Management & Operations Execution globally.
The RoleAs an SDR, you are the "tip of the spear." You won’t just be sitting back waiting for leads to come to you; you’ll be the one opening doors. Your primary goal is to identify high-potential businesses and book demos for our sales team.

What You’ll Do- Outbound Prospecting: Use email, Linked In, and cold calling to build a pipeline of qualified leads.
- Master the Message: Clearly communicate Operandio’s value proposition to busy business owners and managers.
- Qualify & Schedule Leads: Ensure every meeting you book is a high-quality match for our platform.
- Shadow & Learn: Sit in on demos with the Founder and senior team to learn the "Operandio Way" of closing.
- Collaborate: Work closely with Account Executives to turn "initial interest" into "closed deals."
- Hit the Numbers: Meet or exceed monthly targets for demos booked and completed.
- Earn Your Wings: As you master the product, you will take on responsibilities for conducting initial discovery calls and performing your own product demos.
- A Natural Communicator: You’re comfortable picking up the phone and can write an email that people actually want to read.

- Experience: At least 1 year of sales experience, ideally at a B2B SaaS company. Whether you’re a recent grad or looking to pivot into tech, we care more about your drive than your resume.
- Competitive Pay: A solid base salary plus an uncapped commission structure.
- Growth Path: We’re looking for our future Account Executives. Prove yourself here, and you’ll have a clear path to promotion. We don't want you to be an SDR forever. High performers will be fast-tracked to handle their own demos and close deals as Junior Account Executives. We move quickly.
