Job summaryOur Global SDRs (Sales Development Representatives) are trained on core sales skills that help them drive lead generation and qualification while in this role and beyond. Successful SDRs can progress into more advanced sales roles or other positions which provide increased earning potential. As an SDR, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing Enterprise leads.
You will work closely with our Account Executives/Managers to generate pipeline and grow our customer base.
- Source opportunities and qualify leads for Sales Organization.
- Work both inbound and outbound leads with an expectation of doing 80 touches per day (via email, phone calls, social media).
- Communicate with key IT personnel, up to and including C-level executives, by phone, email, and social media.
- Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of Digi Cert solutions to become a trusted advisor to prospects and customers.
- Uncover and qualify prospective customer needs, understand business processes, identify projects, determine requirements, and ascertain potential solutions.
- Collaborates with marketing to optimize performance of campaigns.
- Demonstrate initiative, creativity, and collaboration through ad-hoc projects for various departments.
- 1+ years of sales, sales development, outbound outreach experience.
- Desire to work in sales and in the cybersecurity industry.
- Coachable, self‑motivated, curious, and resilient, with a “get the job done” attitude.
- Well‑rounded with varied interests, background, and experience.
- Professional, efficient communication (verbal, written, and presentation) and interpersonal skills (positive and personable).
- Proficiency in SFDC, Zoominfo, Salesloft/Outreach is a plus.
