Drive pipeline growth by creating high-quality sales opportunities. You’ll connect with contractors, uncover their needs, and spark interest in how Job Nimbus can transform their business.

• Build pipeline proactively through outbound prospecting (calls, email, Linked In, video) into contractors and roofing businesses
• Convert inbound interest into action by quickly qualifying leads and booking high-quality demos
• Own discovery by asking sharp questions to uncover pain points and determine fit
• Set Account Executives up to win with clear context, strong qualification, and seamless handoffs
• Execute with intensity by consistently hitting daily activity targets and pipeline goals
• Optimize your approach by testing messaging, refining outreach, and improving conversion rates
• Maintain a clean, disciplined CRM to ensure accurate pipeline tracking and visibility

• You’ve had success in sales, lead generation, or high-activity roles (or you’re hungry enough to prove you can)
• You’re fearless on the phone and bring energy to every conversation
