FI and Ampli
FI products give agents, agencies, dealerships, and Third-Party Administrators the tools to work together more seamlessly — with greater transparency, clearer communication, and less friction at every step. We're looking for driven people to join us at a pivotal stage of growth.
This is the most independent role on our Go-to-Market team. You own a two-part motion end to end:
FI customers — bringing new agents and agencies onto the platform and expanding their use of it.
FI customers into Ampli
FI channel partners — deploying Ampli
FI into their dealerships and driving contract production.
You are the single thread from a customer's first login to long-term revenue. There is no handoff. The breadth and autonomy are real.

Key Responsibilities- Own the full post-sale lifecycle: onboarding, training, Ampli
FI deployment, support, and retention. - Train Veloci
FI customers on the platform and coach them through deploying Ampli
FI at their dealerships. - Drive Ampli
FI contract production — the primary revenue metric tied to your variable compensation. - Manage account health independently: spot churn risk, run retention plays, resolve issues without waiting for escalation.
- Surface expansion opportunities and feed market intelligence back to product and leadership.
- 3–5 years in account management, customer success, or field sales — ideally in business-to-business software or technology.
- Track record of running a book of business with high autonomy and owning the outcomes.
- Evidence of an entrepreneurial mindset: a side project built, a territory run like a profit-and-loss, a program launched from scratch.
- Strong blend of customer success and sales — you can train in the morning and push for activation in the afternoon.
- Comfort with revenue-oriented goals and variable compensation.
- Excellent communication across agency owners, individual agents, and dealership staff.
- Experience in automotive, Finance & Insurance, warranty, or dealer services.
- Familiarity with the agent and agency distribution model.
- Founder, operator, or early-hire experience at a startup.
- Ground-floor opportunity at a company redefining automotive warranty distribution.
