Sales Development Representative

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be instrumental in driving our expansion strategy. This role is a direct feeder into the Account Executive (AE) path, offering significant advancement opportunities for high‑performers. Your primary focus will be on prospecting and qualifying outbound leads from small to mid‑market companies, scheduling product demonstrations, and assisting with the initial client onboarding process. This role is critical to the business and you will have the opportunity to work cross‑functionally to achieve an excellent customer experience while having a direct impact on our revenue and growth.

• Evangelize the Neighbor story to small businesses and commercial real estate owners
• Build a robust sales pipeline by targeting and effectively calling cold leads
• Efficiently manage and follow up on warm inbound leads
• Identify new sales opportunities through proactive prospecting and industry research
• Maintain accurate activity and lead qualification information in the CRM to ensure a smooth sales cycle follow‑through
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to maximize client success
