Job Title: Property Management Sales Executive

About the RoleWe’re hiring a high-performing Property Management Sales Executive to convert qualified leads into signed management agreements.
This is a pure closing role. You will be working with leads provided by the company and will be responsible for reaching out, running sales conversations, presenting solutions, and closing deals.
This role is not focused on appointment setting or prospecting — it is built for experienced closers who understand property management or real estate sales and know how to drive deals to completion.
What You’ll Own Closing & Deal Execution- Reach out to provided property management leads and initiate sales conversations.
- Convert qualified leads into signed clients.
- Lead sales calls, presentations, and pricing discussions.
- Confidently ask for the sale and close deals.
- Handle objections and negotiate terms effectively.
- Manage the full sales process from first contact to signed agreement.
- Qualify leads quickly and focus on high-conversion opportunities.
- Maintain control over deal timelines and decision-making.
- Ensure smooth contract execution after closing.
- Understand property owner and investor pain points.
- Present tailored solutions based on property type and portfolio size.
- Clearly communicate value, ROI, and service benefits.
- Build urgency while maintaining a consultative approach.
- Maintain accurate CRM records for all deals and interactions.
- Track deal stages, follow-ups, and next steps consistently.
- Ensure pipeline visibility and reliable forecasting.
- 2+ years of closing experience in property management or real estate sales (non-negotiable).
- Proven track record of closing deals (not just setting appointments).
- Strong understanding of property management services, pricing, and client expectations.
- Experience selling to property owners, landlords, or real estate investors.
- High confidence in handling objections and negotiating contracts.
- Ability to clearly present value and drive decision-making.
- Strong communication skills with a professional sales presence.
- Experience using CRM systems to manage deals and pipelines.
- Self-motivated and results-driven in a remote environment.
