Who We AreWe're looking for someone to help us get our products in front of the RV and trailer dealers who can bring the ADDAX experience to their customers. That's where you come in.
The RoleAs ADDAX's first Sales Development Representative, you'll be the tip of the spear for our dealer expansion. Your job is simple in concept, not always in execution: find the right dealerships, get the right people on the phone, and book demo appointments for our sales team to close.
This is a cold outreach role — lots of calls, lots of emails, and plenty of no's before you get to the yes. If that sounds like a challenge you want to take on, keep reading.
Variable Commission: Up to $20,000
OTE: $75,000
What You'll Do- Prospect and outreach — Build and work a list of RV and trailer dealerships across the U.S. through cold calls, cold emails, and Linked In outreach
- Book demos — Your primary metric: qualified appointments set for the ADDAX sales team
- Qualify dealers — Understand dealership size, customer base, and fit before passing them along; we want good partners, not just any partner
- Follow up relentlessly — Most deals don't close on the first touch; you'll own the top of the funnel and keep it moving
- Track everything — Keep the CRM clean and your pipeline accurate; no guessing games
- Learn the product — You need to know what you're selling; we'll make sure you do
- Report and iterate — Share what's working, what's not, and help us get better
- 1+ year of experience in a sales, cold calling, or outbound prospecting role (SDR, BDR, inside sales, or similar)
- Genuine comfort on the phone — you don't dread the dial, you dial anyway
- Strong written communication; your cold emails don't read like templates
- Organized and self-directed; you can manage a pipeline without someone standing over your shoulder
- Resilient — you hear "no" and you hear "next"
- Familiarity with a CRM (Hub Spot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Experience selling into RV, powersports, marine, or outdoor retail channels
- Background in a startup or high-growth company
- Personal passion for the outdoors, overlanding, camping, or off-road culture
- Experience with sales tools like Apollo, Zoom Info, or Outreach/Sales Loft

- In-office in Pleasant Grove, UT — You'll be on-site at Philo Ventures (1248 W 700 S) working alongside the team. If you're local or ready to relocate, this is where the action is.
In your first 30 days, you'll know the product, know the pitch, and have your first appointments booked. By 90 days, you've got a consistent cadence, a healthy pipeline, and a clear sense of where your best opportunities are coming from. By six months, you're exceeding quota and talking to your manager about what's next.
