What You’ll Do
Net Documents is seeking a Senior Renewals Specialist to play a pivotal role in ensuring the renewal success of our subscription‑based products and services. You will protect the recurring revenue stream, help grow annual revenue, and deliver world‑class customer service experience that drives loyalty and satisfaction. You will work autonomously while being an engaged teammate on the Renewal Team and with other departments.
WhatYou’ll Need to be Successful
- Associate degree accepted (relevant major);
Bachelor degree preferred (Business/Marketing/Finance), or at least 8 years of directly related experience. - 8 years in software technology, or B2B enterprise / strategic account management, or B2B enterprise / strategic customer success, or B2B / B2C sales.
- Full command of a large annual B2B renewal portfolio focused on maximizing subscription/SaaS recurring revenues.
- Comfortable with high-level pressure of meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual renewal quotas.
- Strong understanding of forecasting protocols for the renewal portfolio and ability to explain them to management and executives.
- Mastery of a CRM tool and complementary systems to build quotes, capture customer details, reprice, upsell/cross‑sell, manage renewals, and generate leads.
- Ability to establish long‑term relationships with renewal book‑of‑business customers.
- Excellent communication skills to educate customers on products, pricing, contract terms, and renewal topics.
- Ability to partner and lead with other departments to achieve shared outcomes.
- High attention to detail, especially with numbers and SaaS contracts.
- Advanced multitasking, problem‑solving, and adaptability in a challenging environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication with customers, teammates, managers, and executives.
- Coordination with internal departments and leading internal/external calls during renewal cycles.
- Mastery of internal policies and appropriate escalation.
- Minimal mistakes in systems of record and proficient use of ancillary tools.

The compensation range for this position is $80,000 – $90,000 plus 20% variable bonus.
