Role Description

As an SDR at Refer Pro, you ll be the first point of contact for home service businesses across the country. Your job is to spark conversations, uncover pain points, build value and book qualified demos for our Account Executives. You ll own the top of the funnel and be a critical driver of company revenue.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via cold call, email, and other communication channels to target accounts in home services verticals
  • Book discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives
  • Maintain clean, accurate records in our CRM (Hub Spot)
  • Collaborate with the SDR Manager to refine messaging and outreach sequences
  • Hit and exceed monthly targets for meetings booked, completed and revenue generated
Qualifications
  • Comfortable completing high-volume, quality cold prospecting activities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to manage time effectively
  • Resilient with a growth mindset
  • Experience in outbound sales, business development, or a customer-facing role (SDR, BDR, D2D, or similar) preferred
  • Experience with CRM platforms preferred but not required
  • Familiarity with the home services industry or SaaS sales is advantageous
  • Competitive base salary + uncapped commission
