Position SummaryThe Senior Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth within enterprise‑level accounts. The role involves building and managing relationships with key decision‑makers, understanding their business objectives, and effectively selling Easy Post’s services to meet their needs. The Senior Enterprise Account Executive acts as a trusted advisor, delivering strategic solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers and influencers within enterprise accounts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing product information, and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Identify and target enterprise‑level accounts within a specific industry or market segment.
- Prospect for new business opportunities and develop a strong pipeline of potential clients.
- Conduct in‑depth research and analysis of target accounts to understand business needs, challenges, and pain points.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Present and demonstrate Easy Post’s products or services to key stakeholders, highlighting value and competitive advantages.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the company and the client.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales support, product development) to ensure smooth sales processes and customer satisfaction.
- High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED)
- 5–8+ years of experience preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills and ability to influence and persuade key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to understand complex customer requirements and propose strategic solutions.
- Exceptional relationship‑building and networking skills, establishing trust and credibility with senior‑level executives.
- Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and other sales software tools.
- In‑depth knowledge of the industry or market segment relevant to Easy Post’s products or services is highly desirable.
- Knowledge and Application: Exhibits advanced wide‑range experience, using in‑depth professional knowledge, acumen, concepts, and company objectives to develop, resolve complex models and procedures. Provides solutions to issues creatively and effectively, understands interrelationships across disciplines, directs application of existing principles, and guides development of new policies and ideas.
- Complexity & Problem Solving: Handles complex issues requiring in‑depth evaluation of variable factors, determines methods and procedures on new assignments, exercises judgment in selecting methods, evaluates and adapts complex techniques, and ensures results align with departmental objectives.
- Collaboration & Interaction: Networks with key contacts beyond own area of expertise, adapts style and persuasion in delivering messages related to broader firm business, advises others on complex matters, and may be accountable through the team for tactical business targets.
Salary: $116,000 – $150,000 a year base compensation range. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, education, skills, geographic location, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for OTE incentives.
