As the Outbound SDR Sales Manager, you will build, scale, and lead a high‑performing outbound sales development team that drives pipeline growth for our CRM platform in the roofing industry. Your mission is to create a predictable, scalable outbound engine—developing top talent, implementing world‑class processes, and consistently generating qualified opportunities that fuel company revenue.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Build and scale an outbound SDR team aligned to company growth targets.
  • Recruit, hire, and retain A‑players while building a strong bench for future growth and leadership succession.
  • Develop and execute outbound strategies across cold calls, email, social outreach, and multi‑touch campaigns to drive pipeline generation.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop SDRs through consistent 1:1s, call reviews, and performance management—elevating both low and high performers.
  • Create and refine onboarding and training programs to accelerate ramp time and increase team effectiveness.
  • Own pipeline health by ensuring SDR activity quality, consistency, and proper follow‑up execution.
  • Analyze performance metrics, activity data, and conversion rates to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and Rev Ops to optimize lead flow, messaging, and go‑to‑market strategy.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitors in roofing and construction to sharpen positioning and outbound effectiveness.
  • Implement automation and AI tools to increase efficiency, scalability, and output of the SDR function.
  • Forecast pipeline generation and report performance insights to executive leadership on a regular cadence.
  • Continuously test, iterate, and optimize outbound strategies with clear success criteria and measurable outcomes.
