Net Documents is a fast-growing SaaS company headquartered in Lehi. We are expanding our Sales Enablement team to empower our sales organization with world-class training and development. If you bring proven SaaS sales experience and have a passion for training, coaching, and developing others, this role offers the opportunity to directly influence the success of our growing sales team.
What your contributions will be:
As part of the Sales Enablement team, you'll leverage your sales expertise to train, mentor, and equip sales professionals for peak performance. From onboarding to ongoing coaching, you'll help shape the growth and success of our team members and future leaders.
You will:
- Deliver group and individual training on Net Documents products, sales processes, and sales technology.
- Coach and mentor sales professionals to elevate performance.
- Lead sessions on sales and leadership best practices.
- Support onboarding and interviewing of new hires.
- Adapt and develop engaging training content and materials.
- Leverage Microsoft Office Suite and other tools to support learning.
- Take ownership of goals with a strong work ethic.
- Confidently deliver training to groups and individuals.
- Continuously improve processes and content through learning.
- Communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally.
- Other duties as assigned.
Ideally you will have:
- 5+ years of combined experience in sales, sales leadership, and/or sales enablement, including at least 1 year as a successful quota-carrying sales associate.
- A passion for helping others succeed through coaching and mentoring.
- Experience in training, coaching, or mentoring others.
- Ability to adapt and create training programs.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Linked In, Gong, or LMS tools (a plus).

Compensation Transparency
The compensation range for this position is: $80,000 - $90,000k + variable
The posted cash compensation for this position includes on target earnings, base salary and variable if applicable. Some roles may qualify for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are determined based on various factors specific to each candidate, such as career level, skills, experience, geographic location, qualifications, and other job-related considerations
