• Sales & Clienteling:
  Drive store results by building lasting client relationships, maintaining a "client book", and advising customers on trends and styling.
• Customer
  
  Experience:
  
  Greet shoppers and provide an energetic, personalized in‑store experience.
• Omnichannel Support:
  Utilize digital tools and available technology on the sales floor to enhance the buying experience.
• Store Operations:
  Restock merchandise, process shipping and receiving, and maintain a neat, organized sales floor and stockroom.

• Experience:
  
  Generally requires 2+ years of relevant retail or luxury sales experience.
• Skills:
  
  Strong communication skills, a team‑oriented mindset, and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Attributes: A passionate, fashion‑forward brand ambassador with an entrepreneurial spirit.

Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, and lift/carry up to 30 lbs.

Requires a flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and high‑traffic retail periods (e.g., Black Friday, Mother’s Day).

Compensation often includes a base hourly rate combined with commissions or bonuses tied to sales targets (especially at outlet locations).
