Role Description

The Regional Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, Virginia, or Texas, responsible for driving revenue growth across an assigned territory. This position manages the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to solution presentation, proposal development, and contract negotiation. The Regional Sales Manager will cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners, including construction, infrastructure, and event security clients, to understand their needs and recommend appropriate Site Stream solutions.

Day-to-day responsibilities include territory planning, pipeline management, regular customer visits, product demonstrations, and collaboration with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and customer success. The role also involves monitoring market trends, contributing feedback to improve offerings, and reporting on performance against sales targets.

Qualifications
  • Sales and business development skills, including territory management, pipeline management, and consultative selling.
  • Account management and customer relationship skills, with experience in presenting solutions and negotiating agreements.
  • Ability to understand technical products and translate features of solar-powered, mobile surveillance systems into customer value.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers across diverse industries.
  • Organizational and analytical skills for forecasting, reporting, and using CRM tools to manage activities and results.
  • Experience in security technology, construction, infrastructure, or related fields is highly beneficial.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a regional or field-based role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region and work on-site with customers and team members.
