Job Description

We are hiring! We are looking for four experienced sales professionals to join our team in the next four weeks. Come join the fun!

Complete Family Protection is a high-producing, fast-growing inside sales agency. We service clients across 45 states. We provide the system, and you bring the determination to win! This position will focus on providing Medicare solutions over the phone, particularly for veterans in the senior market. We use a proprietary and proven sales process that puts our sales team in front of high-intent prospects daily, with over 95% of sales happening on the first call.

This is not a high-pressure sales system. We always do what’s right for the customer.

Pay Structure

Base Pay: $40,000

Commissions:
Expect to earn an additional $40k to $80k in commissions, with top producers earning $100k in just commissions.

Job Specifics

This is NOT a remote position. Our office is in Lehi, Utah.

We will pay to get you licensed and contracted.

Must be able to pass a criminal background check in order to get a life/health insurance license and get contracted with all of our carriers.

Responsibilities

This isn't your typical phone sales job. Rather than call people who have no idea who you are or why you are calling, we put you in front of high-intent people who actually want to talk to you. This is done through inbound traffic or appointments that prospects set on your calendar.

We need professionals who will bring their determination and grit to work our process to assist our prospects who want what we provide.
