Hand & Stone Massage & Facial Spa – Lehi, UT is seeking an Assistant Spa Manager to lead the front desk, grow memberships, and cultivate a high-performing culture. This hands-on leadership role includes coaching the team to exceed sales and service expectations, while ensuring a seamless guest experience.
You will drive membership sales, oversee booking accuracy, promote upgrades and gift card sales, and lead by example in a fast-paced spa environment. Weekend availability is required.
