Key Responsibilities- Own the full post-sale lifecycle: onboarding, training, AmpliFI deployment, support, and retention.
- Train VelociFI customers on the platform and coach them through deploying AmpliFI at their dealerships.
- Drive AmpliFI contract production — the primary revenue metric tied to your variable compensation.
- Manage account health independently: spot churn risk, run retention plays, resolve issues without waiting for escalation.
- Surface expansion opportunities and feed market intelligence back to product and leadership.
- 3–5 years in account management, customer success, or field sales — ideally in business-to-business software or technology.
- Track record of running a book of business with high autonomy and owning the outcomes.
- Evidence of an entrepreneurial mindset: a side project built, a territory run like a profit-and-loss, a program launched from scratch.
- Strong blend of customer success and sales — you can train in the morning and push for activation in the afternoon.
- Comfort with revenue-oriented goals and variable compensation.
- Excellent communication across agency owners, individual agents, and dealership staff.
- Experience in automotive, Finance & Insurance, warranty, or dealer services.
- Familiarity with the agent and agency distribution model.
- Founder, operator, or early-hire experience at a startup.
- Ground-floor opportunity at a company redefining automotive warranty distribution.
