Role& Responsibilities
As an outside sales representative located in agricultural areas nationwide, you will:
- Sell STOP-FYRE directly to farmers by driving farm‑to‑farm.
- Use your knowledge of the agricultural community to connect with farmers.
- Represent the company’s products and brand with professionalism.
- Maintain accountability for sales territory and achieve sales targets.
- Identify new market opportunities and report market trends.
- Have many years of sales experience – proven track record in sales.
- Are extremely competitive – drive to win.
- Have a connection to the Agricultural community – grew up on a farm, worked on a farm, or have worked with farmers.
- Have a background in construction and/or excavation – experience selling to or working within construction.
- Are entrepreneurial – independent, self‑driven, business‑oriented.
- Committed to helping others – background in firefighting, law enforcement, military, or EMT.
- Performers – proven successes.
- Willing – trainable, embraces new ideas.
- Ambitious – no‑excuse mentality and passion for success.
- Independent – self‑motivated.
