Salesperson - Ken Garff Audi Lehi

We are looking for a Sales Advisor to join Audi Lehi, part of the Ken Garff Automotive Group. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, guiding buyers through the vehicle sales process, and delivering an exceptional dealership experience. The ideal candidate is persuasive, detail‑oriented, and thrives in fast‑paced environments.

• Enthusiastically lead customers through their sales journey
• Professionally represent the dealership and maintain high customer satisfaction through frequent and friendly follow‑up
• Respond to and communicate with potential prospects (web lead, phone lead, store lead)
• Participate in frequent training to develop sales skills and product knowledge

• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S. with a valid in‑state driver’s license and a good driving record, per company standards
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in sales or customer service preferred
• Friendly and cooperative demeanor
• Quick to connect and build relationships with others
• Easygoing, uninhibited, and comfortable working with others
• Persuasive with a strong drive for results
• Tolerant of uncertainty
