Senior Enterprise Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Develop key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans to achieve financial targets.
• Find sales opportunities and follow up on leads.
• Build relationships and understand customer trends.
• Close the sales process with a signed contract.
• Hit quarterly and annual targets to increase revenue.

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 10+ years of complex ecommerce, ERP, MRP, PLM, CRM, or consulting-type enterprise selling at the C‑Suite.
• Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
• Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client‑focused, differentiated and achievable solutions.
• Excellent listening and negotiation skills.
• Ability to represent Pattern in a polished and professional manner to existing and potential clients.
• Strong work ethic and self‑discipline.

Demonstrates extensive experience in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve financial targets, with a strong focus on building client relationships and closing sales at the C‑Suite level. Proven ability to lead sales processes from planning to contract signing while meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
