Job Summary
With limited supervision, responsible for playing a key role in driving significant sales growth and enhancing customer relationships within our established geographic territory and/or product line. The Sales Representative III is responsible for developing sales forecasts, achieving sales targets, identifying new market growth opportunities, and promoting product advancements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with a focus on strategic growth, leveraging market knowledge to create tailored solutions for clients
- Collaborate with team leadership to design and implement advanced sales strategies, setting ambitious targets and guiding the sales team in achieving them
- Act as a liaison between Sales and other departments (such as Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Engineering, and Legal) to align initiatives, gather feedback, and enhance customer value propositions
- Analyze complex sales data and market trends to create comprehensive reports, presentations, and forecasts aimed at influencing strategic decisions at higher management levels
- Establish and maintain influential relationships with key stakeholders and decision‑makers at client organizations, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and challenges
- Oversee major incidents and facilitate resolution.

Skills and Abilities
- Comprehensive understanding of advanced sales techniques, key account management, and strategic planning
- Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable conclusions
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey product features, benefits, applications, and present tailored proposals that align with the customer’s requirements
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Adaptability and resilience in managing sales challenges and changing market dynamics
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5 years of relevant semiconductor industry experience
