Sales Development Representative

Lift Local is a software that helps businesses start more sales conversations from prospective, current, and former customers. Our platform runs automated multi-channel marketing campaigns and delivers the results as simplified action items - so our clients know who to call and why; leading to a predictable pipeline of qualified sales opportunities.

We are an established, well-known brand in the insurance vertical. We are preferred partners with some of the biggest insurance companies like Progressive, Liberty Mutual, SIAA, and more. We work with agents in these different networks, host webinars, go to trade shows, etc.

• Prospect and source opportunities primarily through outbound efforts (great leads!)
• Successfully articulate who we are at Lift Local and how we can help in the marketplace
• Cold Calling
• Networking, and other lead generation opportunities (i.e. Trade shows)

• "Hunter" Sales mentality
• Willingness to cold call
• Self-starter and highly motivated
• Sales experience in B2B is preferred, but not required
• Hybrid WFH or Remote
• We are small and growing so high levels of ownership and input in your department are important
• Motivated sales team, committed to growing
• Healthy level of competition

• OTE $60,000 - $75,000
• Base Salary $40,000 - $55,000 (Based On Experience)
