Inside Sales, Sales Development Rep/SDR, Appointment Setter/ Scheduler
Job Description
Overview
We are looking for a driven, competitive, and hardworking Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Medicare insurance sales team.
This is a high-activity, phone-based sales position. You will be working with warm leads from people who have already expressed interest in Medicare-related information. Your job is to connect with those prospects, ask a few qualification questions, understand their needs, and move them to the next step. That means either completing a live transfer to one of our licensed Account Executives or setting a qualified appointment for the AE to speak with them.
This is not a passive customer service role. We are looking for someone who is comfortable being on the phone, can handle a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in putting in the work every day.
