About Rocky Mountain Garage Pros

Rocky Mountain Garage Pros is a well established premium garage floor coating company specializing in high-quality residential and commercial flooring systems. We are looking for a bilingual Spanish/English Sales Representative to help us better serve our Spanish-speaking customers and provide additional sales coverage as our business continues to grow.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who already works in real estate, solar sales, construction, home improvement, or another commission-based sales role and is looking to add another income stream without committing to a traditional full-time sales position.

The Opportunity

This position is designed to complement an existing career or sales business.

Spanish-speaking opportunities will be a primary focus, along with:

  • Spanish-language leads generated through marketing.
  • Incoming Spanish-language calls that need immediate attention.
  • Spanish-speaking customers who need an in-home or on-site estimate.
  • Community events and conventions.
  • Overflow appointments when our existing Sales Representatives are fully booked.
  • Sales opportunities that cannot be accommodated by our current sales team.
  • Additional sales opportunities as the company grows.

Because Spanish-language lead volume will vary,
this is not intended to be a traditional full-time sales position . We are looking for someone who already has another profession, business, or source of income and can take advantage of RMGP sales opportunities when they arise.

Your Role in the Sales Process

Because our Appointment Setter primarily handles English-language leads,
you will take ownership of Spanish-speaking leads from the initial inquiry through the sale.

When a Spanish-speaking lead comes into the company, the Appointment Setter will identify the language barrier and immediately pass the lead to you.

You will then:

  • Take the incoming call or contact the lead immediately.
  • Communicate with the customer in Spanish and learn about their project.
  • Qualify the lead and determine whether an estimate is appropriate.
  • Set the appointment directly with the customer.
  • Notify the Appointment Setter of the appointment details so the appointment can be entered and tracked in the CRM.
  • Visit the customer's home or place of business.
  • Evaluate the project and provide an estimate.
  • Present the RMGP solution and close the sale.
  • Complete the required sales paperwork and provide a complete handoff to Production.

In other words,
you own the Spanish-speaking customer relationship from first conversation through signed contract.

The Appointment Setter supports you with scheduling, CRM management, and administrative coordination, but you are responsible for communicating directly with the Spanish-speaking customer.

Core Responsibilities
  • Immediately respond to Spanish-speaking leads passed over by the Appointment Setter.
  • Take incoming Spanish-language calls when needed.
  • Conduct the initial conversation in Spanish.
  • Gather information about the customer's project.
  • Determine whether the customer is a qualified opportunity.
  • Answer basic questions about Rocky Mountain Garage Pros and its services.
  • Schedule the estimate directly with the customer.
  • Communicate appointment details to the Appointment Setter for CRM entry and tracking.
  • Follow up with leads when necessary.

Once an appointment is scheduled, you will:

  • Travel to the customer's home or place of business.
  • Evaluate the existing garage or concrete floor.

Identify customer needs and potential project concerns.
  • Take measurements and gather information necessary to prepare an accurate estimate.
  • Recommend the appropriate flooring system.
  • Explain the installation process, available options, timeline, warranty, and expectations.
  • Prepare and present the estimate.
  • Answer questions and overcome objections.
  • Ask for the sale and close the project.
  • Complete the required contract and customer paperwork.
Customer Relationship

You will represent Rocky Mountain Garage Pros directly with Spanish-speaking homeowners and business owners.

You will be expected to:

  • Build trust quickly.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in Spanish and English.
  • Understand the customer's needs.
  • Explain the product and process in a way the customer understands.
  • Set realistic expectations.
  • Never make promises outside of company-approved pricing, warranties, or production capabilities.
  • Maintain communication with the customer through the…
