Grounds maintenance​/landscaping-handyman

we are seeking a grounds maintenance worker with handyman skills. The primary responsibility of this person will be a sprinkler technician. this position needs to start immediately and work year-round. benefits are available after 90-day probationary period. hourly pay is determined by experience and after a 90-day employee performance review.

• Sprinkler repair (must have experience) and diagnosing & repairing varying sprinkler systems and clocks.
• Landscaping jobs – sod replacement, tree maintenance (plant, trim, remove), weed whacking, debris cleanup.
• Repairs on the clubhouse which may include paint, electrical, drywall, plumbing, pool maintenance/repair.
• Basic vehicle repairs and maintenance and upkeep.
• Snow removal (must be able to work hours outside of normal operating times for snow removal).

must be 18 or older, VALID DRIVERS LICENCE, work full time hours Monday
- Friday 7:00 am- 3:30 pm, the job has physical demands and the employee must be able to meet those demands, while performing the duties of the job the employee is frequently required to sit, stand reach with hand and arms, talk, hear, see, walk, kneel, crouch, and use hands to grab and handle as well as lift or move more than 80 lbs.

while performing their duties the employee is often exposed to weather extremes (hot and cold) and in emergency situations working after hours.
