M&T Enterprises is seeking a full‑time Finish Dozer Operator to join our team. This role requires an experienced Dozer operator who can efficiently operate a Dozer while accurately grading roads and other areas according to plan.

- Work with a foreman and team to help complete construction projects
- Listen to instructions to ensure that the job site is safe and OSHA compliant
- Maintain a clean area to work in and help to keep tasks running on time
- Grade all required areas as per plan
- 5 years of experience operating a bulldozer
- Experience excavating roads, including cuts and fills
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to read a heat map
- GPS knowledge
- Ability to read stakes and understand plans
- Dependable and detail‑oriented
- Must pass a pre‑employment drug screen
