Overview
M&T Enterprises in Lehi, UT, is hiring a full-time Field Mechanic to perform on-site repairs and maintenance on equipment, including excavators, dozers, haul trucks, and more. Salary is $25-$45/hour depending on experience. A solid benefits package is included.
Responsibilities- Perform repairs and maintenance on equipment (e.g., excavators, dozers, graders, loaders, haul trucks, pickups).
- Work independently on multiple job sites.
- Maintain safety standards, complete maintenance logs, and service reports accurately.
- 2+ years of experience as a mechanic
- A clean driving record
- Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Detail oriented
- Some construction knowledge is a plus
