At Collins Roofing, we believe the people who build our projects deserve to be taken care of. Here's what that looks like:
- $35–$42/hr based on experience
- Overtime available — real earning potential above your base
- Project completion bonuses
- 100% company-paid employee health insurance
- Paid time off
- New company truck provided
- All tools provided — new equipment, not hand-me-downs

But honestly? The best thing we offer isn't on that list. We're one of the few privately owned commercial roofing companies left in Utah that still runs like a family. Ownership knows your name. Your time matters. And when you do great work, people notice.
If you're ready to work hard, earn well, and actually enjoy where you work — we want to hear from you.
