Wanted: a hard‑working individual to join our small family‑owned business as a Residential Repair/Maintenance Technician. The role includes running service and repair calls on furnaces and air conditioners in residential settings.
Responsibilities- Conduct service and repair calls on furnaces and air conditioners.
- Use required hand tools to perform maintenance.
- Strong people skills and good communication with customers and coworkers.
- Clean driving record, ability to drive a company vehicle, and be insured on company vehicle insurance.
- Possess most of the required hand tools for running service and repair calls.
- RMGA, EPA, NATE certifications are a plus.
- Must pass a background check and drug test.
Mon–Fri, 9:00‑5:00. Required on‑call shifts, including nights and weekends.
