Master Craft Interiors is hiring experienced carpenters for custom high-end residential projects in Summit and Wasatch County.
We are looking for skilled professionals with proven experience in finish carpentry, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work with precision in luxury residential construction. This position is ideal for carpenters who can execute quality work, support jobsite productivity, and take leadership when needed.
Responsibilities- Install doors, trim, baseboards, Tongue & Groove (T&G), decorative beams, wraps, floating stairs, and perform detailed scribe work.
- Read plans and execute finish carpentry work with accuracy and precision.
- Lead or support crews on site and coordinate daily tasks when required.
- Meet established quality, productivity, and progress goals.
- Maintain high standards of safety, organization, and cleanliness on the job site.
- Work professionally with supervisors, project teams, and other trades.
- Proven experience in custom finish carpentry.
- Strong knowledge of doors, trim, baseboards, T&G, beams, wraps, stairs, and detailed finish work.
- Ability to read plans and follow project specifications.
- Proper use of basic and precision carpentry tools.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
- Leadership ability and effective communication skills are preferred.
- Availability to work on projects in Summit County and Wasatch County.
- Reliable transportation required.
Competitive pay: $25 to $30 per hour, depending on experience and skill level.
