Experienced Bathroom Lead Installer Needed

Busy General Contractor seeking an experienced Lead Installer for ongoing residential bathroom renovation projects throughout Utah.

This is a hands‑on position for a skilled craftsman who takes pride in quality workmanship, attention to detail, and delivering a finished product that customers are proud of.

• Experienced installing acrylic wall surround systems (no tile)
• Highly skilled with silicone application and finish work (this is a must)
• Strong attention to detail and clean workmanship
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Professional, reliable, and customer‑friendly
• Takes pride in leaving a job site clean and organized

• Assist General Contractor with bathroom remodeling projects
• Install acrylic wall surrounds, shower systems, and related products
• Perform demolition, rough plumbing, and general remodeling tasks
• Ensure all installations meet high‑quality standards
• Apply clean, professional silicone finishes and waterproofing details
• Work efficiently while maintaining exceptional craftsmanship
• Interact professionally with homeowners when needed

• Minimum 3+ years of remodeling or bathroom installation experience
• Reliable transportation
• Own hand tools and basic installation equipment
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass background check preferred

• Anticipate 2-3 installations per week, depending on the job.
• Most projects are completed in 1-3 days.
• Some jobs may include engineered flooring, vanity, and toilet install.
• 95% of all jobs are acrylic wall systems, with tub‑to‑shower conversion and shower‑to‑tub conversion.
• 95% of all jobs are located within a 1‑hour radius of SLC.

We're not looking for someone who simply "gets the job done." We're looking for someone who notices the details, cares about the finished product, and understands that clean silicone lines, proper fit and finish, and customer satisfaction matter. We are looking for craftsmen who care about quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction—not production‑only installers.

Local bathroom remodeling company is looking for a dependable helper to assist our Lead Installer on residential remodeling projects.

This position is ideal for someone with construction experience who wants steady work and opportunities to learn and grow.

• Assist with demolition and job site preparation
• Carry and move materials
• Load and unload, organize tools and equipment
• Assist with installation of showers, tubs, wall surrounds, and related products
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Help with general remodeling tasks

• Construction experience preferred
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs regularly
