Schedule: M-F (7am - 4pm)
Pay Rate: $22 - $26 DOE
Location: Lehi, UT
Position Type: Full Time

Principal Duties and Responsibilities- Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize complex facility and chemical/gas systems to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations
- Support the full equipment lifecycle, including installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, upgrades, and decommissioning
- Perform preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance; diagnose root causes of failures and implement long-term solutions
- Lead start-up, commissioning, QC validation, and ongoing support of chem/gas systems, including coordination with OEMs and cross-functional teams
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems using technical drawings, schematics, and manuals
- Execute system modifications, demolitions, teardowns, and component reuse while supporting operational needs and project execution
- Monitor performance, maintain detailed records, drive continuous improvement, and ensure strict compliance with safety and quality standard
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 2+ years of relevant experience, technical certifications, or military background
- Strong mechanical aptitude with hands‑on experience in industrial maintenance, including motors, pumps, conveyors, and rotating equipment
- Proven ability to troubleshoot, repair, and perform precision maintenance on complex mechanical and electrical systems (PLC knowledge preferred)
- Skilled in reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation; strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail
- Capable of working independently while also supporting major overhauls, shutdowns, and cross‑functional initiatives
- Experience conducting root cause failure analysis (RCFA), improving equipment reliability, and mentoring junior technicians
- Background in advanced maintenance, manufacturing, semiconductor, or industrial environments preferred but not required; experience in mechanical and electrical systems
- Technical training or certifications in maintenance‑related fields are a plus
- Demonstrates strong ownership of equipment reliability and uptime, proactively identifying and resolving issues
- Committed to high standards of safety, quality, and workmanship with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
May be required to walk up to 5 miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, able to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50-75 pounds. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
