M&T Enterprises is seeking a full-time Misc. Crew Foreman to join our team. This position requires an experienced foreman with strong knowledge of sidewalk prep, the ability to operate a skid steer, mini ex, loader, and other small equipment. Be able to supervise and lead crews in the properly, safely, and efficiently.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Follow project plans, specifications, and grades to ensure accurate installation
- Raise and lower water cans
- Grade and prep sidewalks
- Set fire hydrants
- Other job site misc. tasks
- Ensure that the job site is safe and OSHA compliant
- Maintain and properly care for all equipment and hand tools
- Supervise crew to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently, while maintaining a rigorous schedule
- Communicate effectively and regularly with inspectors and management
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of experience as a foreman
- Able to read plans, shoot and understand grades, and operate pipe lasers and other equipment
- Valid driver's license
- Small equipment operation experience
- Dependable and detail-oriented
