Deck Construction Crew Lead | Company Truck & Career

We’re looking for an experienced Crew Lead to run residential deck construction projects from start to finish. This role is for someone who can lead by example—on the tools, on the site, and with the client. • Lead and manage a deck construction crew on residential job sites
• Read and execute plans accurately
• Ensure projects are completed on time and to company standards
• Maintain job site safety, cleanliness, and professionalism
• Communicate clearly with project managers, clients, and crew members
• Train and mentor crew members as needed
• Manage materials, tools, and daily workflow

• 1+ years of deck construction or framing experience
• Previous leadership or crew lead experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of deck building techniques, codes, and materials
• Ability to read blueprints and plans
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions
• Must have a clean driving record with no major offenses.
• Must maintain a current driver's license and personal insurance at all times to be on company insurance and drive company vehicles.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Location:
Warehouse located in Lehi, Utah.

Serviceareas:
Davis, Salt Lake, Utah, Wasatch and Summit Counties

Pay:
Competitive pay based on experience typically $23.00 to $30.00

Schedule:
Full-time- - Monday - Thursday (4x10s) One Friday a month for training| Year-round
