Looking for a crew leader able to manage and run a landscaping installation division of our company. Job includes all aspects of landscaping, lawn maintenance, cleanup and irrigation if necessary.
ResponsibilitiesWould be responsible for managing a team of 3-4 employees on jobs. Jobs ranges from landscape installation, irrigation repairs/setup, helping on any cleanup and lawn maintenance projects during the year. We offer snow removal services during the winter and are looking for a 2nd driver on a plow truck as well.
QualificationsLooking for an experienced individual in the landscaping/lawn care industry that has 4 or more years of experience. Would need to be bilingual in Spanish and English and have an American drivers license. Must be able to handle heavy machinery and drive a trailer daily. Good communication and organizational skills, especially when working with customers.
Additional InformationPay is negotiable based on qualifications and performance. We offer many different bonus incentives.
