GPS Technician

M&T Enterprises is seeking a full-time GPS Field Technician to join our team. This individual will operate and utilize surveying equipment on all of our construction projects.

What You Will Do:

• Ensuring quality control by recording the location of compaction tests for earthmoving operations
• Conducting as-built shots for installed utilities and structures
• Using GPS machine control technology to support field operations
• Assisting the Curb Operator to ensure the GPS curb machine is functioning flawlessly
• Diagnosing and calibrating machine control equipment on-site
• Traveling to various job sites throughout the day to monitor operations

Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of construction
• Ability to work outside and travel to job sites throughout the day
• Ability to follow directions
• Great communication skills
• Valid driver's license
• Clean driving record

Being bilingual is preferred but not required.

The schedule is Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM with flexibility and variety with travel to job sites.
