Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $19–$25 per hour (based on experience) Full-time employees also enjoy:

What You'll Do
As a Maintenance Technician at Lehi Tech, you will help ensure our residents have a safe, well-maintained place to call home. A typical day may include:
- Completing work orders in occupied homes
- Turning and preparing vacant units for new move-ins
- Performing light groundskeeping and daily community walks
- Maintaining building systems, amenities, and common areas
- Working closely with your team to improve the community
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong time-management and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently & proactively
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English
Preferred (we can train the right person):
- Basic plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair skills
- Wall/paint repair experience
- Groundskeeping experience
- Previous multifamily or apartment maintenance experience
