Commercial Refrigeration Service Technician - $30-$44/hr DOE + Take-Home Truck

Cobalt Refrigeration is growing along the Wasatch Front, and we are hiring service technicians in Lehi. We are a technician-first commercial refrigeration and HVAC shop, and we are looking for tradesmen who take pride in diagnosing it right the first time.

If you know your way around walk-ins, reach-ins, ice machines, display cases, rack systems, hot-side kitchen equipment, and related HVAC, this is a shop where the craft still matters.

• Service, troubleshoot, and repair commercial refrigeration and HVAC/R equipment.

• Work on walk-in coolers/freezers, reach-ins, ice machines, display cases, rack systems, and related hot-side equipment.

• Own your territory and your truck while keeping customers running.

• Diagnose quickly, fix it right, and communicate professionally with customers and dispatch.

• 2+ years of commercial refrigeration or HVAC/R service experience.

• Rack and CO2 experience is a plus and is rewarded at the top of the range.

• EPA 608 certification (required).

• Valid driver's license and a clean-ish driving record.

• A tradesman mindset: systems thinking, pride in the work, and ownership of the outcome.

• $30-$44/hr DOE, with the top of range for rack/CO2 specialists.

• Take-home, fully stocked truck, fuel card, tablet, and modern dispatch.

• Real overtime and on-call pay.
