Pay: $19–$25 per hour (based on experience)

As a Maintenance Technician at Lehi Tech
, you will help ensure our residents have a safe, well-maintained place to call home. A typical day may include:

• Completing work orders in occupied homes
• Turning and preparing vacant units for new move-ins
• Performing light groundskeeping and daily community walks
• Maintaining building systems, amenities, and common areas
• Working closely with your team to improve the community
