• Build and deploy agentic AI systems that operate autonomously or semi‑autonomously, including goal‑driven agents capable of planning, learning, and adapting safely over time
• Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and reliability
• Research, design, and deliver AI applications and algorithms that solve complex business problems
• Perform testing and validation to ensure quality, safety, and alignment with business requirements
• Partner with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to scope, build, and integrate AI solutions
• Collect, preprocess, and analyze data to extract insights that inform AI development
• Stay current on AI research and identify opportunities to apply new technologies to Entrata products

• 5 to 10 years of core software development experience
• 1 to 2 years of operational experience
• 3 or more years of experience building AI solutions
• Strong Python proficiency and solid software engineering fundamentals
• Strong AWS experience across ECS or EC2, Sage Maker, Bedrock, and Lambda
• Experience with RAG, agentic workflows, Lang Graph, prompt tuning, and evaluation
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to think creatively
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or a related field
• Experience with Terraform Cloud or other infrastructure as code tools
• Experience integrating AI components into production systems
