We are looking for a Senior Front‑End Engineer who thrives under pressure and is eager to solve complex problems. You should have at least 5 years of experience in front‑end engineering, with deep expertise in React. You'll be responsible for building robust, high‑performance user interfaces that deliver seamless experiences for our customers. This is a full‑time, in‑office position located in Pleasant Grove, Utah.

• Design and implement scalable and reliable front‑end systems using React. The code you write will directly impact how users interact with our platform and needs to be intuitive, responsive, and visually appealing.
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to bring beautiful, responsive designs to life, ensuring pixel‑perfect interactions.
• Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of user interfaces, addressing latency, usability, and accessibility challenges.
• Integrate with backend services to deliver rich, data‑driven experiences, working with backend engineers for seamless data flow and consistency.
• Write clean, maintainable code and enforce best practices, conducting thorough code reviews and ensuring the codebase is high quality, scalable, and easy to understand.
• Collaborate across the board—backend engineers, product managers, data scientists—to integrate new features and maintain system cohesion; challenge ideas and contribute to planning sessions.
• Mentor junior engineers by providing hands‑on guidance, conducting rigorous code reviews, and fostering a culture of learning.

• At least 5 years of professional experience in front‑end software engineering, specifically in SaaS or artificial intelligence applications.
• Strong proficiency in React and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• This is an in‑person, full‑time position out of our office in Lehi, Utah.

• Proven experience building responsive and performant web applications.
• Strong knowledge of modern front‑end build pipelines and tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel, NPM).
• Experience with state‑management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX) and Context API.
• Deep familiarity with RESTful APIs and Web Socket communication.
• Expertise in version control (Git) and CI/CD tools.
• In‑depth understanding of cross‑browser compatibility, accessibility standards, and front‑end performance optimization.

• Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and optimizing front‑end systems; comfortable diving into the unknown.
• Ability to take full ownership of features, seeing them through from concept to deployment.

• Experience mentoring junior engineers and leading technical discussions; comfortable setting high expectations and giving constructive feedback.
• Ability to establish and enforce coding standards, ensuring high‑quality code.

• Strong experience working in Scrum and Agile frameworks, thriving in fast‑paced environments.
• Active participation in sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand‑ups, contributing and speaking up when necessary.
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment and guide the team toward on‑time deliveries.
