The Enablement Engineer will be an integral part of this team, responsible for implementing Adobe Experience Cloud solutions across and other key Adobe digital surfaces. This role involves taking ownership of building scalable web data collection and tagging strategies and implementing them using AEP's Data Collection tools, JavaScript, and other supporting tools on a large‑scale web platform.
What You'll DoIdeal candidates use AI‑assisted development tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor) to ship faster and improve code quality. You will partner with marketing, product, and analytics to define tracking requirements and turn them into technical specs; design scalable tagging with Adobe Tags and AEP Web SDK; and build data layers that capture data accurately. You will align implementations with XDM schemas and business logic, configure AEP (schemas, datasets, identity name spaces, ingestion), and work with QA to validate via AEP Debugger and browser Dev Tools.
You will also uphold data governance and privacy (GDPR, CCPA), integrate Martech and third‑party tools, and provide documentation, training, and support on digital data instrumentation standards.
- 5+ years in digital analytics/Mar Tech implementation, working closely with developers on tracking and data pipelines
- Strong Adobe stack experience: AEP (Web SDK/Alloy.js, Real‑Time CDP, XDM), Tags/TMS, Analytics, and Customer Journey Analytics
- Solid front‑end skills (JavaScript, HTML, DOM; React/Angular a plus) with production‑quality code, secure coding, and testing practices
- Expertise in data layer design, governance, and debugging (browser Dev Tools, AEP Debugger)
- SQL experience querying analytics data (Big Query, Snowflake, or AEP Query Service)
- Comfortable using AI‑assisted development tools in daily workflows
- Strong communicator; effective with technical and non‑technical partners
- Experience with Consent Management Platforms (CMPs), server‑side tagging, or integrations with platforms like Snowflake or Big Query.
- Adobe certifications in AEP or Analytics.
- Experience with extensive data pipelines and large‑scale data processing tools.
- Full‑stack engineering familiarity and skills (Node.js or equivalent, Database, Front‑end, etc.)
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $114,100 – $214,950 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. In California, the pay range for this position is $148,500 – $214,950.
