- Responsible for the development and maintenance of automated tests for software used by insurance professionals
- Write and execute automated and manual testing as part of regression and release cycles
- Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of automation frameworks and test suites
- Identify, document, and track defects through resolution
- Collaborate with developers and product partners on requirements and acceptance criteria
- Use AI-assisted testing techniques to improve effectiveness
- Strong experience with at least one object-oriented or scripting language commonly used in test automation
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies, QA techniques, and best practices
- Experience developing and maintaining automated tests for front-end and service-based applications
- Solid understanding of Web APIs and how to interact with them
- Ability to debug software applications using logs, stack traces, and debugging tools
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated test execution
- Experience with defect tracking and work management tools
- 3+ years experience in software quality assurance with a focus on test automation
- Clear communicator and collaborative team member
- Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset
- Ability to manage priorities and work independently
