Full Stack Developer; Integrations & Data Focus

As a Full‑Stack Developer at Opiniion, you will build and improve products our customers use daily, working across the stack to ship features, improve reliability, and support a fast‑moving product and engineering team. You’ll focus on integrating and propelling our data pipelines that connect Opiniion to the prop‑management systems our clients use.

• Build, maintain, and extend integrations with property management systems including Yardi, Real Page, and Entrata, handling API communication, authentication, data mapping, and error recovery.
• Design reusable integration patterns for PMS platforms to reduce onboarding effort.
• Own application reliability for production integrations: monitoring, alerting, retry logic, and incident response.
• Build and maintain ETL pipelines to ingest, transform, and load data from external PMS platforms and internal sources into our data infrastructure, including performant SQL transformations.
• Partner with analytics engineering to keep upstream data quality high for downstream dashboards and reporting.
• Contribute across the full stack, from front‑end product work to back‑end services, as priorities shift.

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Full‑stack proficiency in JavaScript/Type Script (Vue preferred, React welcome) and Node.js/Python.
• Strong SQL and relational data fundamentals.
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs, including auth flows, pagination, rate limiting, and error handling.
• Comfortable in AWS (RDS, S3, ECS or Lambda, IAM basics) and using Docker for local development.
• Discipline with Git, pull requests, CI/CD, testing, and documentation.
• Significant work on integrations, ETL, or data engineering.
• Strong Python proficiency.
