Side Dump Truck Driver

Ganbatte Trucking is looking for a dependable Class A CDL driver to operate our side dump trailer fleet throughout Utah County. You'll be hauling aggregate, dirt, rock, and construction materials on local job sites — home every night, no overnight hauls. We run a tight, professional operation.

• Safely operate a side dump truck and trailer throughout Utah County job sites
• Haul aggregate, dirt, rock, fill material, and construction debris as dispatched
• Execute precise side dumps on active construction sites, often in tight or sloped conditions
• Follow load instructions from dispatchers and on-site supervisors
• Manage multiple loads per shift efficiently to meet project deadlines
• Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections per DOT regulations
• Monitor hydraulic systems, trailer bed operation, and tire condition throughout the shift
• Report any mechanical issues, damage, or safety concerns to dispatch immediately
• Keep the truck clean, fueled, and properly staged for the next day's work
• Maintain accurate paper or electronic logbooks in compliance with DOT/FMCSA hours-of-service rules
• Obtain and submit load tickets, weight slips, and delivery receipts at each site
• Comply with all local, state, and federal transportation regulations
• Observe all weight limits, oversize restrictions, and designated haul routes
• Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding load status, delays, or site conditions
• Coordinate professionally with contractors, flaggers, and site crews on job sites
• Represent Ganbatte Trucking professionally at all times — you're often the face clients see

• Valid Class A CDL
• Clean MVR (2+ years)
• DOT medical card current
• Side dump experience preferred
• Pre-employment drug screen
• Able to work Mon–Fri
