Cade Builder Services is seeking a dependable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate & Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, organizing, staging, and delivering products while helping ensure projects stay on schedule and customers receive exceptional service.
This is a highly valued position within our company. Warehouse Associates & Drivers play a critical role in supporting warehouse operations, maintaining accurate inventory movement, completing timely deliveries, and contributing to overall customer satisfaction.

Conduct daily inspections of delivery vehicles to ensure safe operating conditions.
Accurately pull, verify, and prepare orders for delivery.
Safely load, secure, and transport cabinets and related products.
Deliver products from the warehouse to assigned job sites in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure deliveries are completed within assigned delivery windows.
Interact with customers, builders, and team members courteously and professionally.
Receive, organize, and stage incoming products and materials.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Follow all company safety policies, transportation regulations, and DOT requirements.
Assist with general warehouse operations, inventory organization, and material handling as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to lift, carry, and move products weighing up to 75 pounds.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks throughout the workday.
Strong work ethic and a proactive attitude toward meeting deadlines and achieving goals.
Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Card.
Driving record with no more than two moving violations within the past three years.
Minimum of one year of professional driving experience within the last three years preferred.
Ability to operate delivery vehicles safely and responsibly.
Dependable, punctual, and committed to providing exceptional customer service.
