Physicians’ Primary Care of Southwest Florida is a premier multi-specialty practice with locations in Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Estero and Lehigh Acres. We are currently seeking Certified/Registered Medical Assistant for our Adult Medicine division in Cape Coral, FL.

Our Certified Medical Assistants:

• Prepare exam and treatment rooms for patient and physician use
• Perform patient intake; vital signs, medical history and medication review
• Assist physicians in the exam room during physicals and procedures
• Record patient chart in management system in a timely and accurate manner
• Maintain the strictest confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA guidelines and regulations
• This position will require travel between pediatric offices as needed

To Be Successful – You Need:

• A certification or registration from an accredited program for medical assistants (CMA/RMA)
• Great attention to detail and ability to record information accurately
• Excellent and professional customer service skills
• Knowledge of phlebotomy, patient intake and common medications
• One year of medical assisting experience or combination of medical education and work experience
• CPR certification or ability to obtain upon hire
