• Lead daily recreational activities for guests of all ages.
• Create a fun, welcoming, and safe environment.
• Assist with holiday events and special programs.
• Set up, break down, and clean activity and event areas.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of recreational spaces.
• Address guest questions and resolve concerns professionally.
• Coordinate with vendors and support special projects.
• Assist other departments as needed, including Front Desk coverage.
• Follow company policies and safety procedures.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of guest service, hospitality, or recreation experience.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• High energy, positive attitude, and professional appearance.
• Comfortable working with children and adults.
• Confident swimmer.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
