The Lehigh Acres Municipal Services Improvement District is seeking a
Resource and Relations Director
to provide high-level administrative, human resources, and insurance program support. This role serves as a key advisor to the District Manager, Board of Commissioners, staff, and the community.

• Provide confidential administrative support to the District Manager and Board.
• Oversee employee records, recruitment, onboarding, and compliance.
• Administer employee benefits and insurance programs.
• Coordinate Board meetings, prepare minutes, and manage front office operations.
• Serve as a liaison between the District, employees, and the community.

• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience in HR, benefits administration, or public administration required.
• Ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
• Masters’ Degree Preferred. Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• At least five years’ experience and/or training in related government agency; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
